bgm Partners was founded in 2007. After a management buy-out in mid 2012 the company was renamed to bgm Partners.
We are focused on mid-cap and large-cap clients to advise them on M&A transactions, Corporate Finance and Project Finance solutions as well as in the structuring and execution of public and private capital market transactions.
Our long-term relationships with entrepreneurs and corporations from different industries, selected private equity companies, investment firms, family offices and wealthy private investors around the globe enables bgm Partners to create value-enhancing transaction opportunities for corporations and their owners, investors as well as for management teams in MBO or MBI situations.
